Be Still My Heart....

Today my sweet baby girl turned FIVE! When did that happen? Where has the time gone? We had her birthday party on Saturday and can you believe I didn't get one single picture? It's not like she would have stood still for one anyways, she was too busy playing with her little friends and being the social butterfly that she is. I did manage to squeeze one out of her today though.

Here she is on her previous four birthdays....

and here she is today....

She's beautiful, funny, smart and clumsy. She's awkward, curious, amazing and imaginative. She's everything I could have ever hoped and dreamed for.

Happy birthday sweet baby girl! Your dad and I love you to the moon and back.

Love & Robots,

Memorial Day

Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend, I know I am. Let's not forget what this holiday is truly about and take a moment to remember our brave men and women who have served and given the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

A little Thursday randomness

I just finished watching Fantastic Mr. Fox with my little man. He loved it and I thought it was pretty cute too!

My mother in law will be flying in tonight for Kaylee's birthday party on Saturday and we couldn't be more excited! The little ones love when their Meme comes to visit. I can't believe we only have a few more days until Kaylee turns 5!! My baby girl is growing up way too fast. Here's the front of her birthday invite....

I'm off to clean! Hope you have a lovely Thursday and Memorial Day weekend!

I'm dreaming of.....

{All images from we heart it}

Hawaii. The red headed fox and I have been discussing where we want our next move to be to and I think we are going to try for Hawaii. We still have a little bit of time left here in Georgia before we can start the process and find anything out for sure, but it's been fun dreaming about it.

Have you ever been and if so what did you think?

Art Journal Overload

Here are a handful of my art journal pages from the "Tell Your Story" class. I am so in love with the whole process of art journaling and know that I will continue to do it even after the class is done. Oh and you'll notice that some of the pages are smaller than others, I ran out of pages in my original book so I had to get another. :)

I'm still behind in the class, but I plan on working on it tonight while the little ones are sleeping and the red headed fox is out playing softball, he has a late game tonight so I will have plenty of catch up time before he comes home.

Love & Robots,
P.S. I'm quiet the little blogger today, oh and I see that I'm nearing 50 followers so I'm thinking a giveaway will be in order once I hit 50, what do you think? Have a lovely day!!

Remember that one time.....

When I mentioned that I had opened my own Etsy shop? Well I have finally updated it and there is a handful of fun items now in it. So go on and check it out and let me know what you think. Oh and all orders placed from now until the 27th will receive free shipping!!

Craft Swap & Quilting

Here are all the lovely goodies I recieved from the craft swap hosted by Janel. Thank you to all the ladies who participated, it was so fun and everyone is so creative! :)

This morning while out shopping for my happy mail partners I came across this beautiful quilting pack and couldn't pass it up. I love everything about it, the colors, the patterns everything. So of course I bought it and plan on starting it possibly tonight while the red headed fox is out playing softball. This will be my first attempt at quilting so if anyone has any tips or advice I would appreciate it!

Once my camera finishes charging I will be back with art journal pages.  Happy Tuesday everyone!

Good Morning Monday...

It's raining out and all I want to do is go back to bed. But with two little ones who are bright eyed and ready for the day I don't think that's possible. This past weekend was spent doing not much of anything. The red headed fox had a softball tournament on Saturday so the kids and I spent the day at home. It was too hot to have them out at the ball park all day and into the night. Sunday was spent mostly outside visiting with our neighbors and letting the kids play in the water. I also took Kaylee's birthday photos and ordered her party invites last night. I'm really just in awe of her and how fast she is growing up.

I'll be back later with some craft swap goodness! I am so happy that I was able to be a part of it, it was so much fun and there were so many talented ladies involved!

Happy Monday

Dear Wednesday....

Please be nice to me. I have a ton of things to do and your cooperation would be very helpful.
Love, Me

Today I have a ton of things I would like to do. I have the usual like cleaning and chasing after the little ones, but I am also wanting to move Kaylee & Harper's rooms back together. They have been asking for a week now to share rooms again and we could use the extra space (I could have my own craft room instead of taking part of our dining room!). Plus it just makes sense, they always play in Kaylee's room and Harper only uses his room to sleep in. So sharing a room it is! I've been dreaming all week of lovely little rooms with bunkbeds......

I've also fallen behind in the "Tell Your Story" art journal class and would like to catch up some while the little ones are napping.  This past week the weather has been so nice out that we've spent allot of time outside in the pool or just hanging out with our lovely neighbors that I haven't had the time other than late at night to get it done. So today I plan to get at least one page done, possibly two!  :)

Happy Wednesday everyone!

It's official

This could very well be one of the most awesome ideas for married folk that I have ever heard. True story.
