Back in February I started my 101 in 1001 list (It's still not up to 101 and I really need to update it) on that list was to write the red head fox a love note daily for 30 days. Since he checks my blog often (Hi Love!) I figured this would be a good place for the love notes, so here we go.

Dear Red Headed Fox,

Your incredible talent for making up ridiculous songs about anything and everything (mac & cheese and rocks in the same song, really?!?) impresses me to no end. You make my heart smile like no other and I thank you for that. Love you always.

I'm sorry for the lack of photos on this blog, I misplaced my camera for a while but found it yesterday while cleaning my craft room! It's on the charger now and I'll be back with some journal pages and thrift love once it's done.

30 Day Journal Challenge

Yes please! Today marks the beginning of Janel's 30 Day Journal Challenge. Who else is doing this? Since taking the Tell Your Story art journal class I have fallen in love with journaling. Whether it be art journaling, just jotting down my thoughts for the day or a dream I had. It makes my heart happy to know that one day my little ones will sit down and read through them.

Who Wants to go Camping?

I'm not going to reveal just yet what my craft is, but I will say it has given me the camping bug.

Junie B. Jones & Thrifting

I haven't posted any thrift love in a loooong while. I found this vintage blanket a few days ago and instantly fell in love with it. When I first spotted it I was a little bummed because it said it was a full size, I decided to buy it anyways. Once I had it at home I discovered that it's a queen size and fits our bed perfectly!  (Excuse the bad web cam photo.) I'll post some more of my awesome thrift finds later on this week.

I've been dreaming of the day when I could read more than just picture books to Kaylee and that day has finally come. I've been collecting Junie B. Jones books for the past year or so and Kaylee and I curled up on my bed last night and read the first of many. Last night we read Junie B. Jones is a Party Animal.....

and tonight we started Junie B. Jones is a Beauty Shop Guy.

These books are so cute and fun! Kaylee thinks they are hilarious and I think they are adorable!

Gentleman Prefer Blondes

I've been wanting to watch all of Marilyn Monroe's movies for a while now. I've watched a handful of them and loved them all, my favorite being "Some Like it Hot". So today while the red headed fox (or athletic dragon as he's been referring to himself lately) is away playing in a softball tournament and the little ones are napping I will happily be watching "Gentleman Prefer Blondes" and working on a quilt.
